The existence of technological developments affect all activities by humans. Now, almost all computer-based activities, including teaching and learning processes. PENGGUNAAN ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS UNTUK MENENTUKAN PRIORITAS DENDA PELANGGARAN LISTRIK

Pembuat keputusan dipaksa untuk membuat pilihan atau prioritas diantara beberapa pilihan, bahkan setiap detik dalam hidupnya. Ketika jangkauan dan konsekuensi dari pilihan-pilihan yang ada secara relatif merumitkan, mereka memerlukan model untuk membuat keputusan yang bisa membuat pilihan mereka menjadi komprehensif, logis, dan terstruktur. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) menjadi salah satu pertimbangan model dalam membuat keputusan yang bisa diaplikasikan untuk membuat prioritas diantara pilihan. Proposal ini menunjukkan aplikasi AHP dalam membuat prioritas denda akibat pemutusan listrik. Pada dasarnya, AHP terdiri dari tiga bagian utama, yaitu,(i) dekomposisi masalah, (ii) penilaian/pembandingan elemen, (iii) sintesis penilaian. data pelanggan listrik PT.PLN(Persero) digunakan sebagai studi kasus. dalam studi kasus ini, penentuan prioritas denda menggunakan dua kelompok besar, yaitu pelanggaran pemakaian energi listrik dan kelainan pemakaian energi listrik.
